Group Coaching Self-esteem Mastery

Service Description

In this three month program, we will transform our mindset, emotions, and energy! We will dive deep into shadow work, our beliefs, energy-shifting exercises, & perspective shifts to evolve into our next and greatest expression of who we are as women. In the process, you will learn how to self-soothe and self-heal. This group is safe and intimate, with no more than 10 people. Each week, there will be a different discussion and exploration around self-esteem and confidence and the complexities and challenges we face as modern women around these issues. After our group discussion, we will do exercises to heal our energy fields, move through our emotions, breath work, and prayer treatments. Because this group is small and intimate, you will get hands-on time with me during our time together. (If you can't afford to pay in full, please text me, and I can set up a $550 recurring monthly payment for three months.)

Cancellation Policy

Group Coaching: Group coaching is a joint venture between the facilitator and all group members. I am encouraged to participate in the process of developing and monitoring goals and outcomes. I agree to support the group, honoring and valuing each participant. Lauren Williamson agrees to provide a fun and safe experience, encouraging members to share using I- statements. Each participant makes the personal decision whether to receive feedback, and feedback is offered in positive terms without judgment or advice-giving. Confidentiality: All information shared in group coaching is confidential except in circumstances governed by law, such as child abuse and danger to self or others. All parties agree to take all reasonable measures to ensure confidentiality with any communication over the phone and/or Internet. We will keep everything we hear confidential and will not share other’s experiences with anyone to ensure our privacy.
