Hi, my name is Lauren, and I'm a Transformational Spiritual Coach and a certified mindfulness & meditation teacher. I specialize in self-esteem and confidence issues. The most important relationship is the one you have to yourself and a higher power; everything else is a reflection of that. When your inner reality changes, your life will transform.
I offer one-to-one psychospiritual counseling sessions as well as a weekly group coaching mastermind. Together, we will create mental, emotional, energetic, & spiritual shifts that will leave you feeling happier, lighter, resolved, and more confident. My soul's mission is to help people learn to love themselves, connect deeper spiritually & step into radiant confidence, warm love, and deep peace.
What sets me apart from other coaches is that I see beyond the problem and the pain into the root cause. This is my gift. I worked for many years as an intuitive energy healer.
During our time together, I will show you how to adjust your own energies so that you become your own healer.
